nResponsibilities

- n
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (latency, packet loss, downtime).n
- Configure alerts and notifications for system anomalies.n
- Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues.n
- Ensure network uptime and service availability (24/7 monitoring in NOC environments).n
- Work with IT teams to resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.n
- Generate reports on network performance and incidents.n
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and monitoring processes.n
- Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards.n
- Expertise in Network Monitoring tools.n
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).n
- Familiarity with monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, ICMP).n
- Experience with monitoring tools (mentioned above).n
- Basic understanding of: Wireshark (packet analysis).n
- Splunk or similar log tools.n
- Understanding of Linux/Windows systems.n
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) is a plus.n
