Role Summary
nWe are seeking a Power BI & Macro/VBA Developer with hands-on experience in Power BI reporting, dashboard development, Excel VBA/Macro development, and automation.
nThe role will focus on developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, creating Excel VBA/Macro-based automation solutions, supporting reporting requirements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.n
- Develop and maintain Excel VBA/Macro-based automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.n
- Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards.n
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams.n
- Support UAT, testing, and solution validation.n
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.n




- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports. Required Skillsn
- 3–5 years of experience in Power BI, VBA/Macro development, or a related role.n
- Hands-on experience with Excel VBA/Macro development and automation.n
- Strong experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.n
- Good knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.n
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.n
- Robust requirements gathering, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Good Excel and reporting skills.n
