Job Title- Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead
nLocation: Gurgaon (WFO-5 Days)
nExperience: 4–6 Years
nRole Overview:
nWe are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead who can independently manage recruitment operations and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk/volume hiring, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and achieving recruitment targets.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Non-IT Recruiters.n
- Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple positions and locations.n
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.n
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.n
- Monitor team performance against daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.n
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews as required.n
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.n
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports.n




- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates and improve joining ratios.n
- Handle candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining closures.n
- Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve productivity.n
- Identify hiring challenges and implement quick sourcing solutions.n

nMandatory Requirements:
n
- n
- 4–6 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.n
- Hands-on experience in Bulk/Volume Hiring is mandatory.n
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling/leadership experience preferred.n
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.n
- Experience handling multiple requirements and high-volume recruitment targets.n
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.n
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.n
