nQUYNT Solutions, an Official Alibaba.com Channel Partner, is hiring a Senior Manager to drive its Alibaba.com channel initiative end-to-end across Karnataka. This is a hands-on ownership role you will be accountable for regional targets, team performance, and ground-level execution, not just reporting on them.

- Own the Karnataka Alibaba.com channel targets end-to-end lead generation, conversion, onboarding, and renewalsn
- Drive daily execution and closure of open action items at a micro leveln
- Lead and manage the sales,



presales, and telecalling team to hit individual and team KPIsn
- Handle key customer objections around annual commitments and payment termsn
- Track and improve Karnataka's conversion performance against benchmarksn
- Manage team incentive/commission structuresn
- Represent QUYNT in reviews with Alibaba India leadershipn

nDesired Candidate Profile:

- n
- 10-20 years in B2B/channel sales, preferably in digital commerce or platformsn
- Proven experience owning a sales target or P&L; end-to-endn
- Solid people-management skills across multi-function teamsn
- High ownership mindset with hands-on execution abilityn
- Strong data analysis and objection-handling skillsn
