About the Role

We are looking for candidates who have experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, events, exhibitions, or related industries. Candidates with good knowledge of procurement processes and a strong understanding of materials and vendor sourcing are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, products, equipment, and services required for events and exhibitions.
Identify and develop recent vendors and maintain robust relationships with existing vendors.
Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and compare prices, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase-related documentation.
Coordinate with the event, production, operations, design, and project teams to understand procurement requirements.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials as per project and event timelines.
Track orders, deliveries,



and pending materials to avoid delays in project execution.
Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, quotations, invoices, and other procurement documents.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing.
Monitor material quality and ensure that purchased items meet project requirements.
Handle urgent procurement requirements during event and exhibition execution.
Assist in budgeting and cost control by identifying cost-effective sourcing options.
Resolve vendor-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and pricing discrepancies.
Maintain proper coordination between vendors, internal teams, and project managers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, Events, Exhibitions, or Event Production.
Candidates with experience in the event and exhibition industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of procurement and purchase processes.
Solid vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹10,876.67 - ₹40,000.00 per month
