Community Engagement: Monitor incoming comments, mentions, and DMs to build active dialogue with job seekers, founders, and hiring managers.
Trend & Competitor Research:



Track viral formats across HR tech, LinkedIn creator spaces, and Gen-Z job-hunting communities to test fresh distribution angles.
Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly metrics (impressions, CTR, handle registrations) to refine messaging based on data.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
