Role Description
Branding
Build and execute brand strategies for projects and corporate branding.
Manage campaigns, content, social media, and marketing collateral.
Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Performance Marketing
Execute and optimize Google, Meta, and digital lead-generation campaigns.
Monitor CPL, ROI, lead quality,



and conversions.
Work with Sales/CRM teams to improve lead-to-closure performance.
PR & Corporate Communications
Manage PR campaigns, media relations, and brand reputation.
Handle press releases, project announcements, and media coverage.
Drive visibility through events, launches, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Skills:
4-7 years of experience in Branding, PR, and Performance Marketing.
Mandatory Real Estate industry experience.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation.
Robust understanding of branding, PR, campaign management, and ROI tracking.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
