Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and coordinate with channel partners to drive sales of the company’s IT solutions. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing quotations, following up on proposals,



and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with partners and customers, understanding their requirements, and aligning them with the appropriate solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will also collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Qualifications
Solid Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up.
Proven focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including responsive communication and issue resolution.
Experience in Account Management, handling multiple partners or customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence in presenting solutions over phone and email.
