Daily Responsibilities
Search all assigned portals every morning before 10:00 AM for recent tenders in above categories
Use relevant keywords: housekeeping, mechanized cleaning, facility management, security services, manpower supply, sanitation, horticulture, pest control
Check all active tenders daily for corrigendum,



amendments, and deadline extensions
Check official emails at 9 AM, 1 PM, and 5:30 PM every day
Inform senior immediately when a relevant high-value tender is spotted — do not wait for end-of-day
Submit daily tracker update to senior by 6:00 PM every working day
Eligibility Checking
Check all conditions before beginning document preparation:
Minimum annual turnover as specified
Years of experience in the relevant service category
Number of similar works completed (value + count criteria)
ESI/PF registration validity
Labour licence under Contract Labour Act
Security agency licence from PSARA (for security tenders)
ISO certifications if mandated (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS)
MSME/DPIIT startup exemption eligibility
Prepare one-page eligibility summary per tender and share with senior for go/no-go approval
Never begin document preparation without senior approval
