Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving measurable growth across digital channels. In this role, the individual will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads,



Meta, and other paid media channels, focusing on ROI, CPA, and ROAS targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
