Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaishali, Ghaziabad for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will handle daily logistics operations, coordinate freight forwarding activities, and ensure timely and efficient shipment processes. The role includes overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, monitoring operations activities,



and engaging with clients and internal teams to address operational requirements and challenges.

Qualifications
Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee and coordinate logistics and supply chain processes.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance and identify process improvements.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to manage challenges and optimize efficiencies.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
