Role Overview:
Zoo Media is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple group companies and business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, enjoys solving hiring challenges, and has prior experience recruiting for media, advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, creative, and content-led organizations. The individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent within aggressive timelines while partnering closely with business leaders to meet evolving workforce requirements.

Experience:
2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant exposure to hiring for advertising
agencies, digital marketing firms, media companies, creative agencies, influencer marketing
firms, or recruitment agencies specializing in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Ownership
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.




Drive hiring across multiple functions including Client Servicing, Creative, Influencer
Marketing, Strategy, Media Planning, Performance Marketing, Production, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hiring.

Strategic Sourcing and Talent Mapping
Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social
networking, industry communities, and passive talent outreach.
Conduct market mapping exercises for niche and hard-to-close positions.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to reduce dependency on external agencies.
Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role
requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
Challenge and refine hiring briefs to ensure clarity and market alignment.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, candidate availability, and
