We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and a strong passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
Support billing and POS operations.
Monitor product availability and assist with stock management.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly organized.




Support promotional activities and new product launches.
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Follow company sales processes, policies, and SOPs.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in retail sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Good selling and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems and computers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
