WE’RE HIRING: VIDEO EDITOR — CINEMATIC & FAST-CUT CONTENT

We’re looking for a Video Editor who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

If you’re someone who watches a reference reel and immediately understands "the cuts, pacing, transitions, music sync, sound design, and visual rhythm", you might be the person we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

Editing "cinematic, high-energy, fast-paced videos"
Creating "sharp cuts and dynamic sequences" that match the energy of the footage
Editing to the "beat, music, and natural rhythm" of a scene
Using creative transitions, speed ramps, sound effects, and motion to elevate the edit
Turning raw travel/event footage into "visually engaging stories"
Closely recreating the "style, pacing, and editing language of reference videos"
Experimenting with new editing techniques and visual storytelling styles

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of "cinematic editing and fast cuts"
Excellent sense of "timing, rhythm, pacing, and storytelling"




Ability to study an Instagram Reel/reference video and "replicate its editing style"
Strong knowledge of "Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro"
Motion graphics and After Effects knowledge is a big plus
Positive understanding of sound design, music selection, color grading, and visual effects
Most importantly: great creative instincts and attention to detail
