Position Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Strategy Lead to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the Founder/CEO and leadership team.
This role will shape strategic priorities, translate them into executable programmes and drive high-value initiatives across Product, Technology, Commercial, Customer Success and Operations.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can move seamlessly between market analysis, business planning, financial modelling, executive communication and programme governance.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy and Planning
Partner with the Founder/CEO and leadership team to define Asper’s medium- and long-term strategic priorities.
Translate the company’s vision into annual operating plans, measurable OKRs and explicit execution roadmaps.




Conduct market, customer and competitive analysis across AI, enterprise SaaS, CPG and Revenue Growth Management.
Identify new growth opportunities, strategic risks and potential investment areas.
Develop structured business cases and recommendations to support leadership decisions.

Strategic Initiative Ownership
Lead critical cross-functional programmes from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.
Establish clear ownership, milestones, dependencies and success metrics for strategic initiatives.
Track progress against company priorities, identify execution risks and drive timely course correction.
Build an effective operating cadence for leadership reviews and strategic decision-making.
Ensure that leadership decisions are converted into accountable actions across functions.
