Key Skills & Experience:
✅ Zoho CRM Implementation, Customization & Administration
✅ Zoho One ecosystem experience and exposure to related Zoho products
✅ Workflow Automation and Business Process Optimization
✅ Deluge Scripting (7-8+ years preferred)
✅ Third-Party Integrations, APIs, and Automation Solutions
✅ Strong understanding of CRM Data Models
✅ Experience troubleshooting CRM data issues including duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
✅ Zoho Forms, Custom Functions, Blueprints, Workflows, and Integrations
✅ Hands-on experience customizing Zoho CRM to meet unique business requirements

? Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
? Solid problem-solving skills and experience handling complex CRM and data challenges
