Role Description The Admissions Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for domestic and international students, ensuring a professional and supportive experience. This full time hybrid role is based in Kozhikode,



with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, guiding prospective students and families through program options, explaining entry requirements, and assisting with application documentation and deadlines. The role involves coordinating with academic teams and partner universities, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, and supporting outreach activities such as information sessions, open days, and virtual events. The Admissions Officer will also contribute to continuous improvement of admissions procedures, uphold compliance with institutional and partner guidelines, and represent Cromwell UK with a service-oriented, student-centered approach.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, student recruitment, inside sales, business development, or a similar target-driven role.
