We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The role involves leading end-to-end delivery, ensuring high-quality implementations, managing stakeholders, and aligning solutions with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects with a focus on GRC/IRM modules.
Manage project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and developers to define requirements and delivery plans.
Drive GRC implementations including Risk Management, Audit Management, and Policy & Compliance modules.
Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
Identify delivery risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution.




Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Ensure solutions align with organizational risk and compliance strategies.
Provide regular status updates, reporting, and communication to leadership.

Requirement:
8–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow delivery/management roles.
Robust experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
Experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations.
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
