Role Description This is a full time, Work From Home Language Interpreter role. The Language Interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate communication between clients, customers, and internal teams by interpreting spoken and written information between designated languages. Daily responsibilities include attending customer calls or meetings, interpreting live conversations, translating documents or messages, and ensuring that meaning, tone, and context are preserved.



The interpreter will collaborate with customer support and technical teams, maintain confidentiality of all information, and follow established protocols and quality standards. The role also involves preparing brief summaries of interpreted interactions and supporting training or process documentation as needed.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in English and any other Indian regional International language, with the ability to interpret accurately in both directions.
Excellent listening, comprehension, and note-taking skills to capture meaning and context.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to tone and cultural nuances.
Ability to remain neutral and objective, maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
Comfort working in customer-facing environments, including voice and non-voice customer support settings.
