nThe Operations Manager / Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering operations across events. The role requires solid leadership, vendor coordination, logistics management, client interaction, and on-ground event execution capabilities.
nKey Responsibilities
nEvent Planning & Execution

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of catering events.n
- Ensure all operational requirements are planned and delivered as per event timelines.n
- Conduct pre-event planning meetings with internal teams and vendors.n




- Supervise event setup, service standards, and event breakdown.n

nTeam Management

- Manage service staff, supervisors, captains, and support teams.n
- Allocate manpower efficiently across events.n
- Monitor staff performance and maintain service quality standards.n
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and professionalism across teams.n

nLogistics & Inventory

- Coordinate transportation of food, equipment, and event materials.n
- Manage inventory of service ware, equipment, and event assets.n
- Ensure timely movement of materials between kitchen, warehouse, and event venues.n
- Minimize wastage and operational losses.n

nVendor & Venue Coordination

- Liaise with venue teams, decorators, production agencies, and third-party vendors.n
