Role Description The Caller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective students, leads, and partners, providing clear information about courses, fees, schedules, and career outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include following up on enquiries, maintaining call logs and lead databases,



coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams, and updating stakeholders on lead status and conversions. The role also involves answering questions professionally, addressing basic objections, and guiding interested individuals through the admission or enrollment process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring consistent presence at the academy premises and collaboration with the internal team.
