Position Title: Site HR Manager
Reports To: Site Manager / Unit Manager
Location: Client Site

Role Purpose
The Site HR is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources operations at the client site, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, statutory and labour law compliance, employee engagement, and effective stakeholder management. The role acts as the primary HR representative of Sodexo at the client location and is responsible for driving Sodexo HR policies, processes, and culture in alignment with client requirements while maintaining Sodexo standards and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle for all Sodexo employees deployed at the client site, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding.
Ensure smooth joining experience and timely completion of employee documentation and HR records.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, reward & recognition programs, and employee communication activities at the site.




Support performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training coordination.
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and HR-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with operations and hiring teams to fulfill manpower requirements for both permanent and contractual positions.
Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
Support workforce planning and maintain adequate staffing levels in line with operational requirements.
Compliance & Employee Relations
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and Sodexo HR policies.
Maintain employee records, registers, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
