Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Operations

You will be the subject matter expert and independently drive scalable day to day operations in key areas below while ensuring business continuity, continuous

improvements, service levels are met, process documentation is up-to-date, successfully de-escalate problems and managing vendors’ performance: Additional Information

Employee Lifecycle Events You will be responsible for managing end to end processes for background checks, pre-onboarding, probation confirmation, offboarding and temporary contracts.
Data Management You will update employees’ profiles timely and accurately.
Document Management You will generate employment related letters
