Responsibilities
Manage high-performing, and successful software engineering team(s).
Attract top engineering talent.
Deliver secure, and high-quality software aligned with ECS strategy and product roadmaps.
Provide guidance to multiple agile teams, ensuring adherence to best-practice software development principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners on technology roadmaps to achieve our goals and maintain a sustainable platform.
Develop and implement new approaches for efficient delivery.
Improve programs within your responsibilities.
Manage team performance and development, encouraging a team culture.
Increase engagement through regular,



transparent feedback and appropriate recognition.
Ensure the security posture of products and services under your responsibility remains compliant.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or management role.
Experience building mission-critical, high-volume transaction web-based software systems.
Expertise in .NET and React, with knowledge of microservice architecture delivered on .NET Core, Node.js, and React.
Hands-on experience with AWS technologies such as CloudFront, S3, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and, and cloud development using AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling like Jira, Mural, and Confluence.
Full-stack development experience, including unit testing and acceptance test automation.
Experience developing Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
Experience with algorithms, data structures
