Job Summary

We are looking for a MIS Data Analyst & Automation Specialist to take ownership of revenue data pipelines, marketing attribution, sales analytics, and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate should be strong in SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, data analytics, and automation, with the ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated workflow pipelines, ETL processes, and database queries using Python, SQL, and Google Apps Script.
- Develop and optimize real-time executive dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Track lead distribution, sales response times, conversion funnels, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze multi-channel marketing data, including Meta Ads and TeleCRM.
- Evaluate campaign performance and track Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL).
- Identify data issues and help prevent inefficient or wasted ad spend.
- Build custom tracking mechanisms to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.




- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Performance Marketing teams to improve reporting and automation.

Required Skills

- 2–3+ years of professional experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and DAX.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Experience with Python or Google Apps Script.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data cleaning, and exploratory data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TeleCRM.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of BigQuery.
- Familiarity with Medallion Architecture or modern data pipeline frameworks.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-growth startup environments.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working with large datasets and automated reporting systems.
