About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business reporting, data validation, dashboards, and performance analytics.

The role will involve working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams to ensure accurate reporting and provide actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management.
- Maintain and validate data across CRM, sales, and finance systems.
- Identify duplicate records, discrepancies, and data gaps.
- Analyse sales, marketing, pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and performance reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel and Power Query.
- Generate actionable insights and highlight performance trends.
- Support management with data-driven reports and analysis.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant MIS/Reporting experience.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Solid hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Sales MIS, CRM, sales funnel, revenue, or performance reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple reporting requirements.
