About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to take ownership of paid advertising across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, campaign strategy, performance optimization, lead generation and conversion-focused advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop and execute lead generation, conversion, traffic, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting and performance.
- Build and test different ad sets, creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and performance analysis.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Events, Conversion API and conversion tracking.
- Work closely with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes,



targeting options and new advertising features.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Strong understanding of Lead Generation, Conversion, Retargeting & Remarketing.
- Good knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events, Conversion API and tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience with campaign optimization and performance reporting.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze and scale campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR and ROAS.
- Healthcare, healthcare products, dermatology, pharma, wellness or D2C experience will be preferred.

Who We're Looking For We need a hands-on Meta Ads qualified, not someone limited to social media posting or content management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing Meta advertising from campaign planning to execution, optimization, reporting and scaling.
