Executive – Planning, Merchandising & MD’s Office

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Preferred Location: Noida, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹3.5–5.5 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Reporting To: Managing Director

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and organised professional with 2–4 years of experience in planning, merchandising, data analysis and MIS reporting.

The candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and will be responsible for business reporting, planning support, vendor coordination, internal follow-ups and ensuring timely closure of important tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in product, category, inventory and sales planning.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS, dashboards and management reports.

· Analyse sales, inventory, ageing, targets and Plan vs. Actual performance.

· Coordinate with merchandising, purchase, production, sales and warehouse teams.

· Follow up with vendors/suppliers for orders, samples, deliveries and pending issues.

· Maintain trackers for important tasks, commitments and deadlines.

· Coordinate with various departments on behalf of the MD and ensure action points are closed.

· Prepare presentations, business reviews and reports as required.

· Support the MD in special projects, research and business analysis.

· Highlight delays, gaps and critical issues to the MD in a timely manner.





Preferred Experience

· Footwear or Garments/Apparel industry experience will be a significant advantage.

· Experience in footwear/garment merchandising, sourcing, product planning or category management is preferred.

· Good practical knowledge of Garments/Apparel will be an added advantage.

· Experience in vendor/supplier coordination will be highly valued.

Candidate Profile

· Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.

· Good analytical and reporting abilities.

· Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

· Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

· Strong ownership and “get things done” attitude.

· Comfortable working directly with senior management.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. BBA/MBA, Commerce, Fashion Merchandising, Operations or related backgrounds preferred.
