.Role & responsibilities

Review of Electrical & ELV proposal documents, tender working &

design, BOQ and Cost estimation.

Well versed with relevant NBC/IS/BS/IEC /IEEE/NEC/NFPA standards for design.

Design & review of Electrical & ELV - DBR, SLD, Demand work out &

voltage level/ Transformer /DG capacity selection, metering &

protection, short circuit fault level & voltage drop calculation,

selection of HT & LT switchgear, HT & LT cables, earthing & LPS,

Coordinated Cable tray & raceways layout with detailed sections.

Design & review of ELV systems such as FA+PA, CCTV, AV system,

Data & Voice, Networking, PMS, Access control, BMS etc. of a large IT

/ Hospital / Commercial building.

Review & Preparation of Electrical & ELV system Schematics, Detailed

GFC drgs, Bill of Quantities and take off sheets for quantities estimation.

Shall review Electrical & ELV vendors shop drawings, technical specifications & products data sheets & submittals.

Site Execution experience along with working knowledge of

ETAP/Dialux/etc.



ready software will bw added advantage.

Review of HVAC, PHE & FF proposal documents, tender working &

design, BOQ and Cost estimation.

Well versed with relevant NBC/IS/BS/ IPC/ECBC/CPWD/NFPA standards for design.

Design & review of HVAC, PHE & FF - DBR, Schematics, Heat Load calculations, Water Demand work out & Risk level, UG /OH water tank capacity selection, metering & pumping, piping & pressure drop calculation, design of plant room & selection of pumps & drives,

controlling scheme, earthing & cabling, Coordinated layout with detailed sections.

Review & Preparation of HVAC, PHE & FF system Schematics,

Detailed GFC drgs, Bill of Quantities and take off sheets for quantities estimation.

Shall review HVAC, PHE & Fire Fighting vendors shop drawings,

technical specifications & products data sheets & submittals.
