We are hiring Freshers for the role of Medical Record Analyst (MRA) in Pune!

Eligibility

- Bachelors degree in Life Science B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related fields
- Freshers are welcome
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working on medical records and computer-based systems

KEY: THIS IS A COMPLETE NIGHT SHIFT ROLE

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role: Medical Record Analyst (MRA)

Location: B-3, 7th Floor, Cerebrum IT Park, Kalyani Nagar, Pune – 411014, Maharashtra

CTC: 25,000/month

In-hand: 20,475/month

Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical record requests




- Enter required data into the client system
- Verify patient demographic information
- Ensure compliance and prevent PHI breaches
- Maintain accuracy while handling medical records
- Work with medical record systems and office software

Candidates scoring 70% or above in the screening round can be considered for the Operations round.

Other Requirements

- Must be comfortable working in a complete night shift
- Must be open to self-travel to the workplace
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
