Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Purchase to support our Procurement & Supply Chain team. The selected candidate will assist in sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and procurement activities while gaining hands-on experience in industrial purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing mechanical, electrical, and industrial materials.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Track material deliveries and ensure timely procurement.




Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with stores, production, maintenance, and accounts departments.
Support inventory planning and procurement reporting.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain concepts.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid analytical and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Salary

As per company standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
