Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – ELV & Security Systems to lead and manage ELV projects from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of ELV and Security System projects.
Plan project activities, timelines, manpower, and resources.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ELV / Security Systems project management.
Solid practical knowledge of CCTV,



Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, PA Systems, VMS, and related ELV systems.
Proven experience in project execution and team management.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates from the ELV / Security Systems industry with strong project execution

experience.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹9 LPA, based on experience and expertise.

Note: House and food allowance are not applicable for this Mumbai-based position

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
