Position: MEP Engineer

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Diploma holders with relevant MEP experience may also be considered.

Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in MEP project execution/site engineering.
- Experience in CPWD/Government Building Projects will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute MEP works at the project site as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Coordinate day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing activities with subcontractors and site teams.
- Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications .
- Monitor site execution and ensure work is completed as per quality standards and project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for manpower, materials, and daily work activities.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Ensure proper installation and execution of HVAC, Electrical,



Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP systems .
- Maintain daily site records and prepare daily/weekly progress reports .
- Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements at the project site.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MEP site execution .
- Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems .
- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQ and specifications .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel .
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Willingness to work at the Rajkot project site .

Preferred
- Experience in CPWD / Government / Commercial Building Projects .
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
