Job Overview

Hum ek experienced aur skilled Machine Designer dhoondh rahe hain jo contract basis par machinery, automation systems aur custom mechanical components ke complete 3D modeling aur 2D manufacturing drawings par kaam kar sake. Candidate ko concept se lekar production-ready drawings tak ka practical knowledge hona zaroori hai.

Key Responsibilities

Machinery, conveyors, packaging units, aur SPM (Special Purpose Machines) ke 3D CAD models aur assemblies design karna.

Laser cutting, sheet metal, CNC machining, turning aur fabrication ke liye accurate 2D production drawings (with proper tolerances & GD&T;) ready karna.

Complete BOM (Bill of Materials) generate karna standard hardware aur proprietary parts ke sath.

Mechanism design, motor/drive selection, aur mechanical motion sizing par kaam karna.





Fabrication team/workshop ke feedback ke hisaab se designs modify aur optimize karna.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

Core Software: Strong hands-on command on SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and AutoCAD.

Sheet metal design, weldments, frame structures, aur complex assembly modeling ka thorough practical knowledge.

Machining processes (lathe, milling, bending, welding) ki real-world manufacturing samajh.

Quick turnaround time aur deadlines meet karne ki capability.

Eligibility & Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (ya equivalent practical CAD experience).

Minimum 2+ saal ka industrial machinery design experience.

Pehle kiye gaye designs ka portfolio ya sample drawings share karna compulsory hai.
