Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support brand growth and revenue objectives. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and overseeing content creation for websites, social media, email, and sales collateral.

The Marketing

Manager will analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine tactics and improve ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with sales and product teams, managing external agencies or vendors,



maintaining the marketing budget, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also includes reporting on key marketing metrics and recommending actions to strengthen market positioning and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, search, email, and web content.
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and interpretation of marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and overseeing creative production.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, budgets, and external vendors or agencies.
