Stelar Interiors is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive our brand presence and business growth.

This is not a digital-only role. We are looking for an all-round marketer with strong experience in offline marketing, partnerships, events, networking, and lead generation, supported by digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

- Lead Stelar’s overall marketing strategy and execution.
- Plan and execute offline campaigns, activations, exhibitions, events, and local promotions.
- Build relationships with builders, architects, real estate professionals, businesses, and strategic partners.
- Develop referral and partnership opportunities.
- Drive local brand visibility across Trivandrum.
- Generate and support qualified leads through online + offline channels.
- Coordinate branding, content, creatives, vendors, agencies, and marketing materials.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

not just a social media specialist.
- Strong in offline marketing and networking.
- Confident communicating and negotiating with businesses and partners.
- Creative, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable with events, field marketing, partnerships, and local travel.
- Familiar with digital marketing, CRM, social media, and analytics.
- Able to take ownership and work independently.

Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, or Luxury Brands is a plus.
