Role: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

VC Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and support the company's business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, a confident approach to client interactions, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain regular updates on lead status, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, business development, and revenue targets.

Requirements




- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional approach to client meetings and presentations.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers as required.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field will be an advantage.
