Role Definition:

A Marketing Executive is the on-ground marketing person for the brand, working across the Dadar and Panvel stores. The role shoots content inside the stores, runs the brand's day-to-day Instagram and LinkedIn, engages the audience, supports WhatsApp marketing and passes leads to store managers, and plans each week with the marketing team and the social media agency. This role suits a fresher who is hands-on, creative, confident on camera and eager to learn.

Tasks & Activities: In-Store Content Shooting

- Travel to the Dadar and Panvel stores as per the agreed schedule.
- Shoot reels, stories and short videos inside the stores.
- Set up and handle the phone, tripod and basic lighting for shoots.
- Capture product, offer and behind-the-scenes content.
- Do basic edits on the phone and keep a steady flow of content coming in for the team and the agency.

Instagram Management and Engagement

- Post stories and content to the brand's Instagram as planned.
- Reply to DMs and comments quickly and in the brand's voice.
- Engage with followers and relevant accounts to grow reach.
- Watch for questions and leads in DMs and pass them on.





LinkedIn Engagement and Brand Page Content

- Post relevant content on the brand's LinkedIn page.
- Reply to and engage with comments and messages on LinkedIn.
- Engage with relevant posts and pages to build the brand's presence.

Weekly Planning with the Marketing Team and Agency

- Join the weekly brainstorming and strategy session with the marketing team and the social media agency.
- Share what is happening on the ground and what content is working.
- Take briefs and turn them into content and shoots for the week.

WhatsApp Marketing and Lead Handover

- Curate and send content for WhatsApp marketing.
- Track responses and enquiries that come in.
- Pass leads on to the right store manager quickly and clearly.

General Marketing Support and Ideas

- Support other marketing activities as needed.
- Bring fresh content ideas and angles to the team.
- Spot local trends and store moments worth capturing.

Use of AI

- Use AI tools to help with captions, content ideas and planning.
- Keep everything in the brand's voice and check it before it goes out.

Ways of Working

- Travel between the Dadar and Panvel stores as the schedule requires.
- Hand over content cleanly and on time to the team and the agency.
- Communicate early about shoots, plans and any blockers.
- Learn the brand, its products and its customers.
- Grow towards a Marketing Coordinator role over time, as skills and consistency build.
