Roles and Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach potential customers, institutions, and business partners to generate leads.

· Conduct field visits, corporate visits, and local area mapping to identify new opportunities.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

· Support showroom teams in achieving monthly sales and lead targets.

· Execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as:

- o Roadshows
- o Outdoor promotions
- o Flyer distribution
- o Local campaigns and tie-ups

· Ensure proper visibility and branding during all on-ground activities. · Coordinate with vendors for execution of local campaigns.

· Work closely with showroom staff to drive walk-ins and conversions.

· Ensure all ongoing offers, schemes, and campaigns are communicated to potential customers.

· Assist in in-store promotional activities when required.

· Assist in planning and executing showroom-level events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

· Ensure proper setup, branding, and customer engagement during events.

· Support in mobilizing customers and increasing participation.

· Collect customer data, leads, and feedback from field activities.

· Maintain proper records of:





o Daily visits o Leads generated o Conversion status

· Submit daily/weekly reports to the Marketing Manager.

· Gather information on local competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

· Provide regular feedback to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.

· Ensure all activities strictly follow brand guidelines and approved communication.

· Maintain professionalism and brand image during all customer interactions.

· Coordinate with Marketing Manager and showroom teams for activity planning and execution.

· Ensure timely communication of campaign updates and execution status.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / related field

· 0–3 years of experience in field marketing / business development (retail preferred)

· Basic reporting and coordination skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
