Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of our healthcare/physiotherapy services. The role will involve marketing activities, lead generation, digital promotions, clinic outreach, stakeholder coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns for clinics and healthcare services.

- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, calling, referrals, and local outreach.

- Coordinate with physiotherapists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other stakeholders for marketing initiatives.

- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals.

- Support social media marketing, including coordinating content, posts, reels, and promotional campaigns.

- Conduct local-area marketing and outreach activities to increase clinic visibility and patient footfall.

- Coordinate and promote health camps, workshops, awareness programs, and other events.

- Follow up with leads and ensure proper coordination until conversion or closure.





- Monitor competitor activities and identify current marketing and business development opportunities.

- Maintain records of leads, campaigns, partnerships, and marketing activities.

- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates for management.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.

- Perform other marketing and business development activities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare marketing, business development, or a related role.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

- Good coordination, organizational, and reporting skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

- Should be proactive, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
