Job Title: Marketing Executive Experience: 0-2 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Location: Lucknow CTC: 240,000 - 350,000, Commensurate with experience and capability About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive (Fresher) who can support daily marketing operations and handle execution-level marketing activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of database management and be willing to learn various aspects of B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day marketing activities and support ongoing campaigns. Maintain and update marketing databases regularly. Perform data collection, verification, cleaning, and management.

Prepare and organize customer and prospect databases. Support lead generation activities. Assist the marketing team with operational tasks.



Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing tasks. Learn and implement recent marketing tools and processes.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Fresher with interest in Marketing and Business Development. Good knowledge of database management. Basic understanding of MS Excel, data handling, and reporting. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. Willingness to learn B2B marketing processes and tools. Understanding of Linkedin Sales, Ads, and Paid Campaigns Experience Required Freshers are welcome.
