About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across marketing operations, campaign coordination, and project execution.

As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with members of the Marketing Department to support day-to-day activities, coordinate ongoing projects, and ensure smooth execution of various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Marketing team to support daily operations and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, document discussions, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Content, Sales, Product, and Operations, to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

- Maintain project trackers, marketing calendars, and documentation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research as required.





- Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other marketing documents.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Help maintain an organized workflow within the Marketing Department by supporting coordination and administrative activities.

- Fresh graduate (Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides/PowerPoint).
