Role & responsibilities

Marketing activation plays a key role in branding, positioning of cradle brand in and across the center vicinity and generate revenue

Preferred candidate profile

- Planning, organizing and execution of activities in corporate, apartments, BTL etc.
- Coordinate with care manager and patient service manager for center activities such as baby shower, mommy makeover etc.
- Coordinate with Business Development Manager for conducting activities at doctor clinic, clinic branding etc.
- Increase footfall through external activities
- Maintain data captured from events on monthly basis
- Upload all activities in Adbhutam portal 15th of every month
- Send Thank you note for all who attends the event
- Coordinate with VAS vendor for smooth operation of internal and external events
- Initiate corporate tie-ups
- Publish DVR to business head
- Ensure the readiness of room or area for activity execution
- To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies & practices
- Follow Gold standards and service Protocols
- Take part in training and get updated with processes and SOP
- Integrity related company polices and Information security
- Compliance to laid down process
