We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, customer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights that support business growth and improve marketing ROI. This role requires robust analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to transform data into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, and lifetime value data.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and marketing planning activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to drive data-informed decisions.
- Perform A/B testing and evaluate campaign performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting consistency across platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
