Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage high-performing hiring teams, delivering scalable and high-quality talent solutions for clients. This role will focus on driving recruitment strategy execution, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technology hiring, team leadership, and delivery management within fast-paced, client-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities****Talent Acquisition Strategy Delivery

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with client hiring needs and business objectives.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring mandates with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Provide talent insights, market intelligence, and hiring feasibility assessments to stakeholders.
- Advise clients on effective hiring strategies based on market conditions and talent availability.

Delivery Management Operational Excellence

- Drive recruitment teams to consistently achieve delivery targets as per agreed SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across engagements, ensuring regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective and consistent use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date data.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and hiring outcomes.

Stakeholder Client Management

- Manage relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for delivery and escalation management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to align on role requirements, timelines, and priorities.




- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and reliable delivery.

Team Leadership Capability Building

- Hire, lead, and develop recruitment teams, including recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators.
- Mentor team members to enhance sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and performance to meet business goals.

Vendor Cost Management

- Engage and manage external vendors and partners as needed to support hiring demands.
- Optimize vendor usage while balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure hiring costs are managed effectively within engagement budgets.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment outsourcing (RPO/MSP), or staffing within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in technology hiring, including exposure to current and emerging skill areas.
- Proven ability to lead and scale recruitment teams in high-pressure, delivery-driven environments.
- Experience managing client stakeholders across multiple levels, from recruitment POCs to hiring managers.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and end-to-end recruitment workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing distributed or multi-location recruitment teams.
- Solid understanding of outsourced talent acquisition delivery models (RPO/MSP).
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in creating reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
