We are looking for confident and target-oriented Sales / Admission Counsellors to drive student admissions and sales. Candidates should have robust communication skills, genuine interest in sales/counselling and the ability to engage prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls with prospective students.
Counsel students and explain courses, programs and career opportunities.
Convert leads into admissions/enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead pipelines.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build positive relationships with prospective students.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Contribute to overall sales and admission growth.

Candidates based in or willing to work from Pune preferred.
Compensation & Advantages
Freshers: ₹17,000/Month
Experienced: ₹20,000/Month, depending on experience & suitability
Employment: Full-Time
PF & ESI will not be applicable initially.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
