B. About the Role:

- We are seeking a Regulatory Specialist to support regulatory advisory, tariff analysis, and compliance activities for power sector projects
- The role involves working closely with senior consultants and stakeholders in preparing regulatory submissions,



analysing policies, and supporting tariff-related assignments.

C. Detailed expectations from the role:

- Assist in preparation and filing of tariff petitions (MYT, True-up, ARR, etc.) before regulatory commissions.
- Support analysis of tariff regulations, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and review regulatory documents, filings, and submissions.
- Assist in data analysis and financial modelling for tariff determination.
- Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and internal teams for data collection and compliance requirements.

D. Required skill set

- Basic understanding of power sector regulations and tariff principles.
- Familiarity with SERC/CERC regulatory processes.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and tariff modelling concepts.
- Robust analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

E. Education and Experience Atleast 7 years of total experience in the Power Distribution Sector, with 3+ years of experience of supporting Central/ State Power generating power utility or SERC/ CERC on tariff and regulatory matters

- Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI

F. Location:

- Base location shall be Jabalpur. However, the role would require the applicant to undertake travel for pursuing various opportunities.
