Role & responsibilities The Manager / Senior Manager-Finance (Treasury & Banking) will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all Banking and Treasury, day-to-day operations. particularly in areas such as managing liquidity, investment, short-term and long-term cash forecasting, bank charges control and reduction, ensuring compliance with treasury policies.

Cash and Investment Management

- Overall responsibility and accountability for liquidity monitoring, management, reporting and analysis and investment portfolio management including proper investment of surplus funds.
- Coordinate integrated cash forecasting processes and manage short-term borrowings.
- Ensure effective liquidity management, treasury forecasts (short term and long term), and Interest Income forecast.
- Global repatriation tracking and ensuring maximum possible upstreaming always done by all countries.

Treasury Operations

- Implement treasury policies and operational procedures across various locations.
- Guarantees and other collaterals facilitation, records and control.
- Cash Pool Management and Cash Pool IC Agreements.
- Treasury automation that includes cash forecast automation and other enhancements and reports.
- Regional Treasury operations coordination, review and reporting.




- Facilitate electronic banking services.
- Handle group treasury activities such as cash management, credit control, budgeting, and forecasting.

Compliance and Reporting

- Ensure overall accountability for cash, liquidity, and investment management.
- Ensure timely preparation and quality Treasury reports.
- Vet and control bank charges to implement corrective measures for reducing overall banking costs, while maintaining and updating all banking-related MIS.
- Ensure compliance related to treasury activities and overall control, compliance reporting, agreements and NDAs, Counterparty risk monitoring and mitigation.

Banking Support

- Manage day-to-day banking activities, resolve bank-related queries, fulfil necessary compliance requirements.

Provide banking support for projects and strategic initiatives. Environment, Social & Governance

- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organisations setting, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Education

- Chartered Accountant

Experience

- Minimum 4-6 years of overall corporate treasury experience including cash management, cash flow forecasting, with minimum 2 years in a managing capacity in MNC.
