Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage corporate litigation matters related to real estate transactions, disputes, and regulatory issues.
- Provide expert advice on legal compliance and risk management to ensure company's adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents for litigation purposes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve non-litigation matters such as contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in corporate law or a related field with a focus on real estate law.
- Solid understanding of corporate litigation practices and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws governing the real estate industry (e.g., property laws, zoning regulations).
- Proven track record in managing complex litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
