Job Overview

Sahaj Hospital is looking for a responsible and experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to manage daily accounting and finance activities.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, financial reporting, Excel, and accounting software. Candidates who have experience in hospitals, healthcare, clinics, or service-based organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flow.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Maintain proper financial documents and records for audits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost control.
- Provide financial reports and insights to management.




- Ensure timely completion of accounting and finance-related activities.
- Supervise and coordinate with the accounts team when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CMA or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESIC.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are welcome:

- Healthcare / Hospital
- Clinic
- Service Industry
- Corporate Accounts & Finance
- Other relevant Accounts & Finance roles

Healthcare or hospital experience will be an added advantage, but it is not mandatory.
